We are currently seeking an exceptional Learning Manager who is ready to tackle the demanding challenges of our Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental program.

Your Key Responsibilities Create and implement innovative, high-impact learning and leadership development offerings, including train-the-trainer approaches, that align with our HSSE organizational values and goals, requiring excellence and dedication.Develop agile and iterative design and development approaches that enhance participation and provide meaningful feedback.Manage HSSE content libraries, ensuring materials are easy-to-access, updated as needed, and reflect the highest standards of quality.Perform rigorous needs-assessments to ensure effective and innovative approaches are taken at the right time.Review and report on training data and analytics to identify learning and development trends and forecast future requirements.Effectively manage and lead diverse project teams, inspiring them to achieve exceptional results.Collaborate with worldwide regional colleagues, emphasizing successful learning approaches and consistent HSSE program experiences.Manage and collaborate with vendors for learning delivery and design.Coach and inspire team members to innovate and bring fresh ideas, driving the best solutions and setting a high bar for performance.Your Capabilities and Credentials Exhibit an exceptional understanding of adult learning and behavioral science principles, including identifying measurements for outcomes and rigorously tracking progress.Possess solid business acumen and extensive experience in translating current and anticipated business training needs into strategic learning initiatives.Demonstrate excellent presentation skills, including effective "train-the-trainer" approaches.Exhibit solid project management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-impact projects concurrently.Showcase exceptional listening skills and the ability to cultivate relationships when communicating complex concepts.Be a continuous learner who stays at the forefront of advancements in adult learning.Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Education, Business, or another applicable area.Minimum of eight years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.What we offer Along with a competitive salary, we offer many other benefits to ensure your professional development & wellbeing is ongoing.
