We currently have an opportunity for a HSQ & ESG Project Lead to join our dynamic team.
As the HSQ & ESG Project Lead, you will coordinate and lead key improvement projects aligned with our HSQ & ESG strategies.
You'll play a vital role in delivering on our objectives by improving health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes across the company.
This position will require a forward-thinking, motivated individual who can leverage technology, including AI, to enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do: Support and contribute to HSQ & ESG strategic deliverablesLead the development and implementation of continuous improvement programsUtilise AI and other technologies to enhance operational and strategic outcomesDevelop and manage project plans, including change impact assessmentsCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestonesProvide regular updates and presentations on project progressTrack deliverables using digital project management tools and dashboardsAbout you: Passionate about driving innovation and positive change to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients and stakeholdersProven experience in project management and change facilitationProficiency in utilising software technology and AI for project managementStrong communication, storytelling, and influencing skillsExperience in workplace health, safety, environmental, and/or quality managementExperience in the construction, infrastructure, or property sector (desired)High attention to detail and ability to deliver results efficientlyAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively within a teamStrong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skillsHow you'll benefit: 5-day work week (exception of Site Managers/Supervisors who work 10 days in 14, with every other Saturday off)Investment in training with the aim to have the best trained workforce in the industryFree health assessments for all staffPaid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregiversFast-tracked career development opportunities and support through mentoring, workshops, and retreatsIndustry-leading internal communication channels to break down silos across sites, allowing staff to share ideas, lessons learnt, and other resources.Kapitol values diversity and aims to build an inclusive environment that champions, embraces, and respects differences.
