And that's the secret to recruitment happiness.Immediate StartFull-time, PermanentWetherill Park$60k to $65k + SuperWOW Recruitment are looking for a Hearing Service Program Claims Officer to support our healthcare client, based 5 days p/w in their impressive offices in Wetherill Park, Sydney.Our client is an Australian-owned and operated not-for-profit organisation that specialises in hearing aids. This organisation offers solutions and services to help transform the lives of people with hearing loss.The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and understand the importance of creating and maintaining customer relationships with a predominantly older clientele. Previous hearing and claims experience is essential.Be involved in a new team that radiates a culture of excellenceThis company encourages supports career and personal growthAll expenses paid 3 day Christmas trip each year!Generous salary packaging earning between $60K to $65K plus Super when permanentWhat you'll be doing:Being part of the Hearing Services Program (HSP) team to handle the claims process.Review and submit claims to the Office of Hearing Services (OHS).Reviewing client files to promote to business HSP best practices.Answering general HSP queries with the team.Providing support in training or coaching within the team regarding HSP concerns where needed.Learning and efficiently using a range of software and applications including but not limited to ClaimWizard or any other similar software.Performing general reception duties and any ad-hoc admin support/reporting and additional duties where needed.Follow best practice customer experience, communication procedures, guidelines and policies.Providing assistance and advice to customer queries.Be organised, productive and consistent in meeting activity, quality and conversion.What you will bring:Customer centric approach to your workSelf-motivated and able to work alone/unsupervised.Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.Ability to be flexible within the workplace and work effectively within a team.Exceptional attention to detail.If you're interested to learn more about this Hearing Service Program role, APPLY NOW and Brad will be in touch!
