We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about Sales and can sell Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically CRM and Power Platform solutions in Australia and New Zealand. As Business Development Executive, you are responsible for acquiring new customers for HSO in focus industries. You will manage the sales cycle aiming to deliver business solutions.
You will be working in close relationship with the following key people:
Sales and Engagement Director, Marketing Manager for creation and execution of the business plan. Customer Team and Delivery Managers who are responsible for the delivery of the agreed Services. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and manage all phases of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, consultative selling, and closing new business. Lead introductory meetings with prospects with a consultative sales approach to solve client problems and position the value of HSO. Work with various Microsoft sellers and stakeholders in our focused industries. Work proactively and independently as a hunter, developing relationships, driving new business by demonstrating our strategy and approach to meet our clients' business needs. Develop strategic accounts and execute sales strategies with defined Microsoft Sales Plays. Work with Marketing and Business Development personnel to help develop lead generation campaigns along with target marketing to specific verticals. Utilize your previous experience to respond to RFPs and close business. Ideal Candidate Prior experience of 3+ years selling either SFDC, Oracle, or MS CRM solutions. Experience in selling to Australia and New Zealand based organizations. Truly self-directed. Ability to research, identify, cultivate, and drive key client opportunities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven experience in closing business for business applications/technology sales as an Account Executive or Sales Representative. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to collaborate with a team. Ability to travel. Professional Skills: Perseverant, 'can-do' attitude. High levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm with a desire to work with a winning team. Analytical person who is curious, enthusiastic about results, and highly client-driven. Strong people/communication skills. Demonstrated experience in business development, ideally within SaaS. Innate desire for learning and self-improvement. Positive attitude and drive for professional development. Ensuring the best customer experience possible for all accounts engaged in your territory. Desired Competency & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B consultative sales role. Experience in Cloud Computing and Microsoft Solution selling, ideally Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and Power Platform. Experience presenting program content in a small or large setting.
