Based in Melbourne's Western Suburbs, this privately-owned builder delivers Commercial and Industrial projects up to $60M in value.The RoleAs HSEQ Manager you will be responsible for both corporate services (generation of manuals, OHS documentation etc) and project governance (site Audits, assisting site teams, maintenance of HSEQ database etc). This is seen as a Senior Leadership role and would be working closely with the General Manager and Directors of the company.Expectations of the RoleDrive best practice safety culture and outcomes.Risk Management across business and multiple entities regarding HSEQ.IMS Management and coordination of IMS group.Accreditation Management - Quality, Health & Safety, Environment.Incident Management.Inductions and Training.Audits – Quality, Health & Safety, Environment.Reporting & Budgeting.Your SkillsetCommercial and industrial construction knowledge.Comprehensive knowledge of OHS/WHS legislative framework including relevant Acts, regulations, codes of practice and risk management concepts.Sound understanding of ISO 9001 and AS/NZS 4801 requirements.Experience in developing high quality internal and external documentation.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Visio and an ability to learn industry specific software.
