As HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for both corporate services (generation of manuals, OHS documentation etc) and project governance (site Audits, assisting site teams, maintenance of HSEQ database etc). This is seen as a Senior Leadership role and would be working closely with the General Manager and Directors of the company.Expectations of the Role

Drive best practice safety culture and outcomes.Risk Management across business and multiple entities regarding HSEQIMS Management and coordination of IMS groupAccreditation Management - Quality, Health & Safety, EnvironmentIncident ManagementInductions and TrainingAudits – Quality, Health & Safety, EnvironmentReporting & BudgetingYour Skillset

Commercial and industrial construction knowledgeComprehensive knowledge of OHS/WHS legislative framework including relevant Acts, regulations, codes of practice and risk management conceptsSound understanding of ISO 9001 and AS/NZS 4801 requirementsExperience in developing high quality internal and external documentationIntermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Visio and an ability to learn industry specific software
