The TasWater CDO will deliver: Major water infrastructure projects across Tasmania as part of the TasWater $1.1 billion capital works programTimely, cost effective, and quality capital works solutions for all stakeholdersImproved safety outcomesCapacity and capability to transition the program back to TasWater post completionThe necessary framework for emergent projectsAbout the Role TasWater CDO have a requirement for a HSEQ Manager to join our programs team. This role provides leadership, advice and support in driving exceptional HSEQ performance through alignment and delivery of the TW CDO Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) programs.
What will your day look like in this role: Setting up and managing whole HSEQ program including systems, governance, and onsite auditsManage Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality teams with supportive leadershipMentorship of Quality teamWork closely with the Alliance Program Manager on reporting processWhat will you bring to the role: Health & Safety degree qualified, and minimum 10 years Health & Safety, and 5 years Environmental management experience.Strong HSE Solution Focused mindset where obstacles can be overcome.Experience in Health and Safety Management on major infrastructure projects in utilities, oil & gas or energy.Demonstrated leadership capability managing geographically dispersed teamsWhy Unite with the Very Best… A competitive salary working in a rewarding, supportive and successful team.
