You'll be reporting directly to the senior leadership team.
Lead and mentor the HSEQ team, Project Manager, and trades.
Maintain visibility and accountability within the business.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HSEQ policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.Promote a safety culture and lead safety training programs.Manage environmental sustainability initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.Oversee quality management systems (ISO 9001) and lead internal audits.Prepare reports on HSEQ performance for senior management.Requirements:Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.Electrical (preferred) or construction background.Knowledge of ISO standards and HSEQ regulations.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
