$130,000 + Super and Car

SSA Group is looking to speak with a HSEQ Coordinator for a multi-site role with one of Australia's most renowned main contractors. This is a fully autonomous role, and the candidate must be able to organise their own calendars and day-to-day duties. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and regulations. Develop and implement HSEQ plans, procedures, and risk assessments across multiple sites. Lead incident investigations, providing recommendations for corrective actions. Provide training and support to site teams on HSEQ practices and regulations. Monitor and report on HSEQ performance, ensuring timely submission of reports to management. Foster a positive safety culture and environmental awareness across all projects. Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulators and clients, to ensure HSEQ requirements are met. Continuously identify opportunities for improving health, safety, environmental, and quality processes. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HSEQ role within the construction industry. Sound knowledge of relevant HSEQ legislation and standards. Experience managing HSEQ across multiple construction sites. Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with teams across all levels. Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality (e.g., Cert IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent).
