TasWater Capital Delivery Office TasWater's Capital Delivery Office (CDO) is responsible for delivering TasWater's major infrastructure projects, part of TasWater's $1.1 billion capital works program across Tasmania. The CDO is an alliance formed between TasWater, CPB Contractors, and UGL Limited, along with WSP Australia, to create the TasWater Capital Delivery Office. Our business delivers timely, cost-effective, quality capital works solutions to meet the needs of TasWater stakeholders and communities across Tasmania while ensuring the best long-term water supply and sewage treatment solutions are in place.
The Opportunity UGL is looking for a HSEQ Coordinator for our TasWater CDO based in Hobart.
Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and updating of CDO management system documents for health and safety, environmental, and quality functional areas such as procedures, plans, forms, templates, and guidelines.Coordination of various regular reporting requirements for health and safety, environmental, and quality functional areas.Assisting the HSEQ Lead in the development and submission of various regular reports to key stakeholders within TasWater, UGL, CPB, and others as required.Coordination of HSEQ internal training requirements, including supporting HSEQ team members in the development of internal training packages and online inductions.About You Strong communication skills (oral & written) including negotiation and influencing skills.Intermediate to advanced skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Aconex, online induction platform, email, etc.Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.BSB41419 - Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (desirable).TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).What makes you right for UGL Ability to provide a safe, supportive, and positive workplace.Empower a united and collaborative culture.Deliver technical excellence and create efficient, innovative solutions.Build an enviable reputation and the trust of employees, clients, and other stakeholders.Genuine concern for safety.About Us UGL is well-known and respected for providing end-to-end engineering, construction, and maintenance services within rail and transport, communications and technology systems, oil and gas, power, renewables and resources, water, and defence markets.
