About your new role:
Liaise with the Site Managers to ensure that respective site training matrix exists and is maintained for all staff.
Monitor site compliance to adhere to the meeting requirements stated within our Management System Manuals.
Identify site local documents that need to be controlled and add to the document control system.
Promote the Paradigm 3 system that documents Improvement Opportunities and Customer Complaints.
Ensure the issues are discussed during the monthly compliance meetings with DC/Branch Management.
Completed action requests to be sent through to HSEQ Manager ANZ.
Ensure all site internal IMS audits are conducted and reported on time.
Completed internal audits to be sent through to HSEQ Manager ANZ.
Ensure that the site is well prepared for External IMS audits and to assist the External auditor during the audit.
About you:
Internal QMS Auditor Training Minimum Cert IV in OH&S Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent administrative skills Knowledge of relevant legislation Relationship management and influencing skills Excellent communication skills – both written and oral Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel etc.)
