About us: Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions is a leading supplier of equipment, tools, parts, service and solutions for processing rock and minerals in the mining and infrastructure industries. Applications include crushing, screening, breaking and demolition. About the role: The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including quality processes and systems ensure compliance to ISO9001 requirements. Additionally, this position is also responsible for the coordination of internal and external auditing (quality and HSE) focusing on corporate critical risks.  Specifically, you will: Manage the internal compliance audit program including developing the schedule, managing, and training internal auditors and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Submit quarterly IMS reports and make available to internal and external stakeholders as required. Manage the external audit program for ISO9001, ISO45001and ISO14001 by liaising with the 3rd party to schedule audits, preparing internal resources, attending audits, and driving the close out of any identified non-conformances with accountable internal stakeholders. Work with key stakeholders to ensure CARs are properly raised, addressed, investigated, and closed. Reporting CAR ticket trends to management and relevant stakeholders. Conduct CAR and internal audit training for upskilling and compliance purposes. Guide and support development and maintenance of Corporate and functional risk registers.  Has oversight of the HSE Legal Register which drives HSE compliance. Develop internal audit schedules around critical corporate, HSE, functional and supplier-based risks. Identify opportunities and deliver actions to drive continuous improvement of the IMS. Coordinate, deliver, implement, and monitor Quality improvement projects and initiatives. Provide information to client tenders and compliance systems. Occasional travel may be required by management. Assist with ADHOC tasks as required by management.  To be successful in the above duties, you will have: Quality related tertiary qualification highly desirable or relevant level of experience. Experienced with ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 certification requirements. Experienced with compliance auditing. Risk based management systems training or relevant experience. Ability to develop, implement and deliver continuous improvement initiatives. Highly experienced in complex, multi-level cross functional issue resolution. Create relevant reports and drive continuous improvement and top management action. Ability to develop and deliver training programs to support compliance, company- wide.  Experience in developing business justification for improvement actions and projects. Experienced in managing Quality software, systems, and databases. Including SharePoint. Ability to collaborate with personnel across all departments and levels within the business. Proven ability to develop effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
