Hseq Advisor | Commercial Construction

Job Description: HSEQ Advisor | SE Melbourne / RegionalFetch Recruitment are currently looking to speak to HSEQ Advisors within Melbourne for an exceptional Tier 3 Commercial builder.
The Company:Tier 3 Commercial builder, delivering projects $50m+ Over 20+ years industry tenure, delivering projects in multiple sectors including Industrial, Health, Education and more. Excellent track record of returning clients. Interstate presence across NSW + QLD.
The Role: Roving HSEQ advisor.
The focus is to cover 2 flagship projects, one based in the Southeast and the other regional.
Split week consisting of travelling to the regional project and living away from home 2 days per week and being based in Melbourne the remainder (Expenses paid). Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, site safety protocols, and company HSEQ policies. Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HSEQ issues promptly and effectively. Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company HSE Manager/Site managers to plan ongoing OH&S requirements. Review sub-contractor SWMS. Lead comprehensive on-site safety audits: Identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment. Quality control and rectification. Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s.
Must Have:3 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR roleMinimum of Diploma in OHS/WHSMUST HAVE experience within the Commercial construction industryAccess to a vehicle for travelling purposesIf this role sounds like you, please apply within or give Jack Young a call/text on for a confidential discussion - after hours and weekend calls are fine.
