Maintaining, reviewing, developing, implementing and the continuous improvement of policies, procedures and processes.Help work on the Federal accreditation certificate.HSEQ Advisor that is office based and admin focusedMaintaining and updating plans, systems and registersRespond to areas of non-compliance in a timely and proactive mannerProjects ranging from $50 to $120mParticipate in HSE audits as required by the company and clientsManage and maintain HSE registers and compiling weekly/monthly HSE report

Responsibilities
As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a vital role in promoting a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and quality across our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive HSEQ management systems in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.Providing guidance and support to project teams on HSEQ matters, including training, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to foster a proactive approach to HSEQ management.Monitoring project performance against HSEQ targets and objectives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
We're seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record in HSEQ management within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess:
Relevant qualifications in occupational health and safety, environmental management, or a related field.Extensive experience in HSEQ roles within the construction sector, preferably with a focus on commercial and residential projects.Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging trends and developments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive a culture of safety and quality.A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable results.
