As a HSE Program Manager, you'll be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.

What's the Role: Reporting to the Global Head of Health and Safety, you will lead a global compliance program for all Bradken Codes of Practice (COP).
This involves working with the Region HSE teams to develop training programs, competency assessments, procedures, and assurance activities.
You will work closely with key leaders to drive and monitor compliance, embed COP within sites, and manage COP action plans globally.
You will also develop uniform training programs resulting from COP audits and analyze data to assess their effectiveness.
You will provide detailed progress reports and feedback to the Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders, ensuring high diligence.
Supporting Site Managers and HSE teams in COP auditing and compliance efforts is crucial.
You will collaborate with business leaders to improve the COP governance and assurance framework, maintain risk registers, and track mitigation efforts.
Ensuring continued stakeholder engagement and communication, you will deliver timely and actionable insights through clear reports and KPIs.
Additionally, you will champion continuous improvement initiatives and may take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Key technical criteria: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. Diploma in Training and Assessment or equivalent (preferred). Certification in Project Management (desirable). Minimum 5 years of experience in a practical HSE implementation role in manufacturing or high-risk project work (Senior HSE management role preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise training programs and support systems. Demonstrated capability in writing training plans and training packages for multi-jurisdictional and international working groups. This role can be based in Brisbane, Newcastle, or Perth.
