About the role Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this role will provide professional timely advice and support to the Barossa Packaging Centre (BPC) to ensure continuous improvement in Health and Safety systems, programs and performance and above all ensure we protect our employees, our products and our environment.
In addition, it will provide guidance and support to frontline leaders and departmental managers implementing TWE's Work Health & Safety (WHS) and cultural systems and programs at BPC in alignment with our Destination Zero Harm ambition.
Develop a plan for and implement a risk assessment program for all processes conducted at siteCo-ordinate risk management program for all SFLP assessments for BPC and their review scheduleBuild/ Coach and Lead key strategies relating to WHS improvement activity across the siteEnsure that WHS Management systems and practices are developed, maintained and continually improved according to company and legislative requirements and any relevant government standardsCollaborate with site managers to facilitate core processes at site level, such as Hazard Management, Incident Investigation, Injury Management and Contractor Management.About you With Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in WHS, risk management or other continuous improvement management systems you will have experience in the development, implementation and auditing of accredited continuous improvement HSE management systems.
