The Role:As the HSE Manager, you will:
Provide expert advice and insights on workplace health, safety, and environmental matters;Develop and implement HSE performance improvement initiatives and risk mitigation strategies;Lead and coach a team of HSE professionals to achieve regional and business objectives;Collaborate with senior leadership to embed safety systems and improve cultural engagement;Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and the organisation's safety management policies, standards, and procedures;Apply innovative methodologies to drive performance improvements and foster a culture of safety excellence.About You:To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Expert Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HSE legislation and proven experience managing HSE risks within industrial, retail, service, or high-reliability industries;Leadership Skills: A strong coaching and advisory approach, with the ability to guide and influence a dynamic senior leadership team;Strategic Expertise: Experience in developing and integrating operational safety systems and controls;Innovation and Engagement: Applied knowledge of cultural engagement and improvement methodologies;Project Delivery: Strong project and change management skills, with a track record of measurable outcomes;Team Development: Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team, delivering exceptional results.Qualifications:Qualification in HSE or a minimum of ten years in a similar role;Certifications in Tap Root or ICAM Investigations;Expertise in Change Management and Project Management;Strong background in coaching and training delivery.Why This Opportunity?Our client offers:
