Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our multiple operations.
This pivotal role will involve implementing our HSE strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of safety throughout our teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on HSE matters.Lead HSE training programs to enhance awareness and promote best practices.Collaborate with management to investigate incidents and near-misses, developing corrective action plans.Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices in HSE management. Qualifications: Qualifications in WHS.Minimum of 5 years' experience in HSE management within the infrastructure sector.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Experience in rail, renewables, defence, or civil projects is highly desirable.
