Zenviron is a joint venture between Monadelphous and ZEM Energy and is a market leading engineering, procurement and construction services contractor, specialising in the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia. Following the continued growth and success of the business, we are currently seeking an experienced S afety Manager for a large-scale Wind Farm Project located outside of Rockhampton, Central Queensland on what will be an industry leading example when fully commissioned.  If you are an experienced and driven Safety Manager, who wants to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team.   Key responsibilities will include: Leading, upholding and communicating HSE standards and implementing strategies to improve HSE performance Providing expertise to the project to ensure compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, company and client standards and guidelines Leading and coordinating the delivery of HSE advice and services to the project, building effective partnerships with both client and subcontractor HSE teams, and providing hands on support where required Analysing and tracking significant trends, to identify areas of concern/risk at a project level Leading and mentoring other members of the HSE team; providing timely guidance and feedback to help work groups improve their performance results Managing, advising and developing the delivery teams to ensure effective functionality and support to operations What we are looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety  Significant experience in similar Safety site-based roles within the renewables / infrastructure or construction sector Well established knowledge of HSE legislation and industry standards with an in-depth knowledge of contemporary practices Intermediate user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) to accurately assemble and maintain document and quality records and produce accurate reports Demonstrated ability to analyse and track trends Well-developed written communication skills Demonstrated intent of promoting visible safety leadership To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
