We're hiring a Construction Health and Safety Officer (HSE Advisor) to join a leading private builder/developer specialising in residential and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enforce health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct site inspections, and risk assessments, and provide corrective action recommendations. Train staff and monitor compliance with safety regulations. Investigate incidents and collaborate on safety improvements. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in an HSE role within the Building and Construction or related industry. Experience with the HSE accreditation process. AS/NZS4801 experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Join Us?
