In this role, you'll partner closely with business units to shape and implement impactful HSE strategies. From coaching leaders on proactive safety and accountability to ensuring environmental and sustainability compliance, you'll play a key role in supporting HSE goals at every level. With a focus on collaborative leadership, you'll help drive initiatives that inspire awareness and ownership across teams. Role can be based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.Key Responsibilities includeOutlining clear roles and deliverables for team members, understanding resource requirements and business impacts, and supporting people through change.Rewarding and recognizing excellent performance while managing individuals with performance gaps.Leading the implementation of our HSE Strategy across the BU(s) to promote a risk-aware culture that drives sustainable improvements in HSE outcomes.Supporting People Leaders in fully considering HSE implications, strategic HSE issues, risks, and capability to deliver business objectives.Providing effective and timely advice to stakeholders on HSE strategy and systems to assist with meeting legislative obligations relevant to their areas of influence and accountability.Attending Client and key stakeholder HSEQ meetings as required.Supporting Client and customer HSEQ audits, meetings, and site inspections as needed.About YouYou are a compassionate leader with a proven track record in HSE management within the utilities, services, or infrastructure sectors.
