This role focuses on promoting a proactive safety culture, driving continuous improvement, and leading compliance initiatives to deliver exceptional project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance and leadership in health, safety, and environmental matters across multiple projects.Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Lead compliance initiatives to deliver exceptional project outcomes.RequirementsDiploma qualifications in OH&S, HSEQ, Risk Management or related area (Degree desirable).Sound knowledge of HSE legislation, industry, and best-practice standards.Minimum 5 years' experience working in Mining, Oil & Gas, or Civil sectors.Experience working within a multi-cultural workforce is desirable.Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annumSCEE Electrical is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to join our Collie Battery Energy Storage System Project on a 10 / 4 DIDO roster from Perth.
The role is available on a full-time basis for the duration of the project.
