Hse Coordinator

Credaro Family Estate is a family-run winery and farming business in south-west WA, operating since 1922.
The Credaro family manage and farm 650 hectares with 140 hectares of vineyards across five sites in the south-west as well as running 2500 breeding ewes, avocado and pomegranate orchards.
Our wines are produced at our 1200-tonne winery in Carbanup, which was built in 2003.

Qualifications & Experience A relevant qualification (minimum Cert III OHS) and or demonstrated experience in a similar role Tasks & Responsibilities Facilitate open communication with staff and management on HSE issues.
Conduct incident investigations & develop corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
Participate and manage various administrative roles for the HSE.
Assist in the management of environmental programs.
Conduct and coordinate HSE training for staff.
Manage and develop risk assessments.
Injury prevention and management.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and other external bodies when required.
Coordinate monthly WHS committee meetings, inspections, and toolbox meetings.
Develop and update SOPs with staff members from each site of the business.
