Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance.Mentor and guide site crews to uphold the utmost levels of health and safety on all project sites.Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).Lead investigations, risk assessments, and incident reporting processes.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.Support external audit processes to maintain regulatory compliance.Requirements: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), highly desirable.2+ years of hands-on main roads experience as an HSE Coordinator/Advisor in Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects.ICAM Lead Investigator accreditation, highly desirable.Genuine passion for promoting and maintaining site health and safety.Possession of a valid driver's license.If you're interested, please click apply or email your CV to ****** or call for a confidential chat on 0412 951 013.
