Job Description Develop and implement HSE strategies and programmes in line with company objectives and processes.Promote a positive HSE culture within the organisation.Provide training and education to leaders on HSE matters.Work with central HSE teams to align local practice with global policy, whilst maintaining compliance to Australian standardsProvide HSE performance reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant To be successful in this role, the candidate will have:
Qualifications in WHS, with Certificate IV as a minimum, but Diploma preferredSolid knowledge and understanding of the implementation of safety policyExcellent communication and leadership skills.Experience in designing and implementing HSE strategies.Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits.
