About the role:
As a HSE Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with EQL leaders and staff to continuously drive a positive culture in Health, Safety, and Environment across our business. You'll be responsible for coaching and providing expert advice on HSE solutions to operational managers, leaders, and stakeholders. This role will see you work out of various offices and depots across the Pioneer Region.
About you:
Degree qualification and/or equivalent demonstrated knowledge in a Health, Safety or Environment related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience in stakeholder management.
Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel within Queensland as required.
Willingness to participate in disaster/emergency response events as required.
C Class Driver's Licence.
