We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor (Nightshift) to join the project team with an expected commencement date of May 2024 .
14/7 roster, night shift only.
Short commute and home each night for Darwin locals.
FIFO - Flights provided from most regional/major airports + accommodation + meals.

Your focus will include:
Covering nightshift safety during dredging operations.
Ensuring the HSSE procedures and manuals, in consultation with the HSSE Manager, are fully compliant with the company and project requirements.
Ensuring HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel are conducted as required.
Ensuring safety equipment / PPE is readily available and issued in accordance with project or company requirements.
Prepare agendas for safety meetings and toolbox meetings as required.
What you will bring to the team
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Exposure to working on large scale construction projects or mining operations.
Demonstrated ability to build sound working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated commitment and proactive approach to site safety processes and practices.
