Region APC > Construction & Operations APAC > Construction AUNZ As the site HSE Advisor, you will join an experienced team of construction industry professionals to provide project governance and implementation of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards whilst providing visible leadership for site construction activities.
Not only will you be collaborating on projects with internal stakeholders but also liaising with external subcontractors to ensure they adhere to all Vestas HSE standards.

Roster: Based on location Location: Western Australia, Warradarge 2 Wind Farm Responsibilities: Provide effective project HSE support Provide effective project construction leadership and support in all HSE matters Ensure compliance of HSE systems and processes at the project site.
Ensure compliance with statutory legislation for Workplace, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinate and conduct inspections Provide project leadership team HSE reports as requested Ensure compliance with HSE training within the project Implement project HSE documentation Develop and maintain a professional relationship with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders Ensure all work carried out complies with Vestas Health, Safety, and Environment requirements in accordance with Vestas policies goals, and targets Develop and assist in coordination for Project HSE Delivery plan and initiatives Ensure project HSE targets and goals are met Disseminate HSE-related information to project personnel Qualifications: Diploma /Cert IV OHS/WHS A current white card or equivalent for the construction industry is mandatory Drivers License Wind experience is advantageous Competencies: Previous experience as an HSE advisor in a wind farm project or major construction project Understanding and implementation of HSE management systems and certification process (ISO 45001) Skilled interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Communicate effectively with both the contractor and Vestas construction teams A professional commitment to Health, Safety, Environment Creative time management skills High-level understanding of HSE information and supervising effective responses What we offer: A skilled safety culture Significant and progressive work environment An opportunity to work with the world leader in wind energy The opportunity to further develop your skills and professional development.
