As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to help foster a culture of safety ensuring that all work undertaken by our subsidiaries is completed in a safe manner and in accordance with relevant State/Federal OHS/WHS legislation, customer OHS policies and procedures, and our business's OHS policies and procedures.Role Overview:The HSE Advisor will work from our Jandakot Office, reporting to the Group HSEQ Manager.
As Tasmea Corporate Services HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices, managing WHS performance, and providing timely safety incident reports.
This role involves conducting audits, encouraging hazard reporting, and assisting in injury management.A perfect role for a HSE Graduate or someone wanting to take a step up from an HSE Admin Role.Key Responsibilities:Assist in implementing OHS plans and strategies.Encourage prompt reporting of hazards and risks.Conduct workplace audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.Maintain accurate records and compile work injury statistics.Stay updated on OHS legislation and best practices.Experience/Qualifications/Skills:Diploma or equivalent qualification in OHS/HSE.3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Strong communication skills (oral and written).Proven ability to support project teams and manage safety performance.Ability to reduce workers' compensation claims and Return to Work times.Experience in reducing workplace injuries and improving WHS compliance.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to foster a zero-tolerance safety culture across the business.What we offer:An opportunity to work closely within a small team of specialists.Friendly office environment, without the need to commute to Perth CBD.Gain experience as part of a national company, with opportunities for personal career growth.Competitive salary package reflective of your skills and experience.How to Apply:If you are passionate about safety and meet the qualifications above, please submit your resume to ****** or call 0475 091 001.
