We are currently seeking applications for a HSE Advisor based in Townsville to assist the HSE Manager with all Health & Safety matter relating to Civil projects. HSE Graduates and Civil Construction Operators who are looking to advance their career are encouraged to apply. Role Requirements Assisting with Safety, Chain of Responsibility, Environmental and Quality management systems.Drive a safety-first culture and champion safety awareness and compliance across the business.Assist with RTW program and injury management.Assist with Contractor management.Assist with compliance with regulatory requirements, including statutory reporting to regulatory authorities.Assist with HSEQ training ensuring currency of licencing etc.Assist with monthly reporting across HSEQ performance.Assist with tender preparation surrounding safety compliance and KPI'sConducting tool box talks To be successful you will need Previous experience in a HSE role, graduate training or strong civil backgroundCert IV in Workplace Health & SafetyHigh level verbal and written communication skillsMachine operating experience is advantageousExcellent attitude towards health, safety & environmental and quality outcomesConstruction White CardDrivers LicenceAt Haynes, we specialise in delivering high quality permanent and temporary recruitment services.
