Be a leader in the HS&E field and provide advice and recommendations. You will form part of the wider CBRE – ISPT FM delivery team. Sydney CBD | Land of the Gadigal people We currently have an opportunity for a HSE Advisor with tertiary qualifications in safety and/or environmental management, engineering, or health to join our CBRE – ISPT team. Reporting to the HSE Manager you will encompass advising colleagues and clients across the nation on HSE compliance and injury management.
Key responsibilities of the role include:Monitor the Insurance Risk Management program and continue to action the recommendations to minimise and control the risks identified on particular assets.Minimise work related injuries across the account.Providing advice and support to colleagues, senior management and clients on HSE matters.Maintaining and reviewing incident management programs and developing strategies for management of HSE issues in the workplace.Coordinating consultative forums across the region.Developing and implementing HSE training to the business (including induction, business line specific and risk specific training etc).Assisting the business manage contractors.Conducting workplace assessments.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:Previous experience within an HSE role preferably within the property industry.Exposure to property onsite facilities services in commercial, retail or industrial assets is desirable.Completion of a qualification within safety, environmental management, engineering or health.Superior organisational skills, have a strong attention to detail and a responsive, proactive attitude.Applicants with Qualified /NZS 4801 and/or Safety Map Auditor, RTW Coordinator iCAM or Tap Root investigation certification will be received favourably.Willingness to travel may be required.So, what's in it for you?Uncapped opportunities to develop your career within the property Industry.Structured career development to support you and explore your learning potential and career goals.Parental leave which is industry leading.Form an integral part of an enormously successful team who outperform in the market year on year.Working with an organisation like ours will take your career to the next level-the sky's the limit.The opportunity to join a global brand with a growing national team.We are proud to be certified as a Family Inclusive Workplace in Australia.
