We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor to join the Project Delivery Team based in Adelaide, SA. Reporting to the State Manager, you will support the site through the provision of consultation, advice and delivery of HSE activities that facilitate the Project team to deliver on HSE outcomes.
As the HSE Advisor, you will:
Participate in project meetings Provide guidance and training on systems compliance Conduct regular site inspections Identify risks and collaborate with the team to implement suitable actions Coordinate and oversee incident management Assist in site management activities as required Facilitate training and toolbox talks Coordinate internal and external audits As the ideal applicant you will possess:
A minimum Cert IV OHS qualification Prior experience in a safety-focused role within the construction industry, preferably within the Industrial sector Proficiency with automated safety management systems such as 1BreadCrumb, Hammertech, etc. Working knowledge of WHS best practice and legislative requirements An effective communicator and relationship builder An understanding of how to drive, develop and maintain safety behaviours How to apply:
