The RoleWe're seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our skilled Projects Delivery Team for FIFO work out of Perth.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, including earthworks, rehabilitation, and NPI civil construction, with more projects in the pipeline.
What You'll DoImplement and continually review the Project HSEQ Management Plan.Monitor and refine HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and client standards.Engage with management and workers to promote a strong safety culture and identify and manage risks effectively.Provide advice, support, and assistance for assessments, inspections, and compliance monitoring.Actively promote health, safety, and well-being initiatives.Perform other HSE-related tasks as required onsite.What You'll NeedDiploma in Work Health & Safety.3–5 years of HSE experience, ideally in mining or civil construction on mine sites.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Project).MYOSH Incident Reporting experience (advantageous).White Card.Ability to start before the end of January.Recent experience (Last 5 years) on RTIO site and up to date inductions.What We Offer8:6 roster with FIFO from Perth – start now on a Tier 1 Iron Ore site!Salary of up to $160k plus Super.A well-established team with strong tenure and a commitment to employee support.Employee Assistance Program and Journey Program.Opportunities to work with Tier 1 clients and repeat projects.A company that's big enough to deliver but small enough to care.The role will be based in WA and as a result candidates will need to be WA based and hold full, unrestricted working rights; sponsorship or relocation assistance is NOT available.

The initial project will run for 7-8 months; however, there is a significant pipeline of work and so we are looking for candidates that are targeting longer-term opportunities.
