As a HSE Advisor you will work closely with key stakeholders across the project building effective relationships that facilitate the successful implementation of Georgiou's HSE systems.

What you're good at: You're one of the best.
Someone with: Previous experience within a sizeable building construction business.Career minded HSE professional with previous experience as a HSE Advisor in civil and/or construction projects.Experience working at heights.Experience in preparing HSE reporting information for clients on a weekly and monthly basis.Ability to adjust your approach to ensure the right outcome when dealing with HSE issues on site.Must have initiative and be proactive when dealing with site team when following up with HSE matters.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with the site team and client.Strong computer skills are essential.Able to lead and undertake risk reviews and JHA reviews with the work reviews and supervisory teams.Qualified to Certificate level in Occupational Health and Safety.Hold current first aid qualification.Minimum 2-6 years' experience in similar roles in the building and construction industry.What you'll do (but not limited to): Maintain and assist in the ongoing development of Georgiou's HSE systems.Ensure total compliance with internal HSE systems and legislative requirements.Influence a positive attitude and commitment towards safety across the business.Provide a consultative solutions-based approach to your work.Inspire an industry-leading safety culture through the delivery of Georgiou's 'Safety is My Way'.Continue to develop a personalised brand of safety within our team.Build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Harness technology to facilitate improved performance in HSE.What we can offer: Competitive salary package.Paid parental leave and flexible work arrangements available.Growing business with exciting career development opportunities.Family-focused business with family-driven values.The opportunity to work with a diverse and engaged group of professionals.Georgiou is committed to an inclusive workforce and welcomes applications from candidates from culturally diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities, people who identify as LGBTIQ+, and people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent.
