Our operations are characterised by strong safety, technical, and project delivery performance whether in capital and major cities, regional towns, or remote and challenging locations.About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated HSE Advisor to join our team in Tom Price on an 8:6 FIFO roster.
As an HSE Advisor at SCEE, you will play a crucial role in promoting and ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across our diverse projects.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs across various project sites.Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.Provide HSE training and support to all levels of staff and contractors.Investigate incidents and near-misses and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on HSE matters.Prepare and maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.Foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness across all project sites.Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.Proven experience as an HSE Advisor, preferably in the heavy construction, mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work on various rosters and travel to multiple project sites.What We Offer:Competitive remuneration package.Opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across different industries.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Commitment to work-life balance with flexible roster arrangements.How to Apply:If you are a passionate HSE professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
