About the Role They are seeking a passionate HSE Advisor to work on a FIFO basis (2:1 roster in the Pilbara region).
This role is critical in supporting the safe delivery of transport and infrastructure services, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across operations.
As a HSE Advisor, you will collaborate with project teams to implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HSE advice and support to operational teams within the transport sector.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing reports and action plans for continuous improvement.
Assist in the development and delivery of HSE training programs.
Monitor and report on HSE performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with local and federal HSE regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance across all projects.
Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety is preferred).
Proven experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within the transport, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
Sound knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management practices, and compliance standards.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in incident reporting and HSE management systems.
A proactive approach to safety and a commitment to fostering a positive safety culture.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
A current driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites across Western Australia.
On Offer: $140,000 - $150,000 annual salary package (inclusive of superannuation).
Site uplift (25-30% dependent on project).
2:1 FIFO roster.
