Reporting directly to the HSEQ Manager, the position consists of working from our office in Rivervale, W.A., and also travelling to site to support major shutdowns when required - flexibility and availability to travel is a must!

Gain valuable career experience across maintenance and shutdown work About the role: Identify, assess, and monitor project risks. Foster a positive, safe, healthy, and sustainable company culture. Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and follow-up on completed actions. Engage in interactive field activities to mitigate risks. Manage incident and hazard reporting processes and actions. Analyse project HSE performance and provide guidance. Drive HSE competence and compliance. Educate, guide, and mentor on-site teams regarding HSE matters. What we are looking for: Tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety or equivalent. Proficient in leading ICAM or other investigatory methods is a must. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in using tablets, apps, and HSE systems. The Future is "Breight
