PPS is welcoming applications for HSE Advisor positions within our esteemed project and shutdown teams, spanning both current and future projects.
As our next Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and effectiveness of our site's Safety and Health Management System.
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe working environment.
This dynamic and hands-on role requires adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing circumstances.

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all HSE aspects on the project site, including HSE reporting and administration.
Assist with the maintenance and execution of our ISO14001 and ISO45001 certified HSE system at a site and operational level.
Participate in the development and review of HSE documentation, including Procedures, Safe Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments.
Conduct inspections/audits of company sites and processes as per the Audit Schedule, and report on their outcomes.
Collate, track, and report relevant HSE data and statistics.
Take an active role in incident investigations, including the collection of evidence, statements, timelines, and other data.
Communicate and consult with site personnel by delivering information such as HSE Policies, Procedures, hazard alerts, and other relevant information.
Successful Applicants Must Have: 2+ years of experience in a FIFO HSE role Tertiary qualification in Health, Safety, and/or Environmental (Cert IV OH&S or above) Construction White Card Valid Driver's Licence Cert IV in Training and Assessing preferred Incident Investigation Training, ICAM preferred Auditing Training preferred About PPS: PPS is a family-owned enterprise, operational since the 1950s.
