We are actively recruiting for dedicated and experienced HSE Advisors to assist in the delivery of a newly awarded Project located in the Pilbara region, working on a 2/1 roster.To be considered for this position as a HSE Advisor you will possess the following:Minimum 3 years experience working in a HSE Advisor capacity in a construction or civil resources environmentMinimum Certificate IV in Occupational Health & SafetyiCam Lead Investigator trainedCurrent First Aid CertificateConstruction White Card and Drivers LicenceStrong verbal and written communication skillsHave strong computer skills including the use of MS Office Suite and incident management systemsPrevious experience in a FIFO site-based roleProven knowledge of Australian health and safety laws and regulationsAs a site-based HSE Advisor reporting to the Senior HSE Advisor, you will maintain NRW's strong safety culture and be responsible for but not limited to:Assisting the project team to ensure all activities are completed throughout planning, delivery and implementationAssisting Supervisors in the training of employees in hazard and incident preventionConducting, managing and reporting on all HSE incident investigations inclusive of development and implementation of corrective actionsConducting regular inspections of HSE processes, systems, programs and site location work environmentsDevelop and present innovative ideas and solutions which provide a balance between productivity and the safety of team members, subcontractors and visitorsDevelop, implement and support HSE education and training programs to create and improve HSE awarenessChampion health and safety on siteAbout the Opportunity:"A safe day.
