OrganisationThis organisation is an ASX listed, fast-growing Engineering, Construction and Remediation client. They are a national fast-growing company and lead the way in providing cutting-edge design and construct solutions to the Defence, Marine, Mining, and Commercial sectors.The RoleDue to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our growing ACT team. You will primarily be responsible for the provision of support of HSEQ compliance with management system policies, management plans, and procedures across a diverse range of projects. This role is predominantly hands-on and site-based.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs well as developing management plans, field work inspections, and assisting in setting up sites, your responsibilities include:Compiling project-specific HSEQ documentation to support tender bidsAssisting the project team in the preparation and implementation of HSEQ documentationAdvising and educating site personnel of legislative requirements and changes to comply with company proceduresAdministering incident and hazard reporting processes and actions as per company proceduresAssisting management to encourage a healthy, safe, and environmentally responsible working culture amongst personnelConducting HSEQ site inspections and audits, pre-start meetings, and Toolbox meetingsCoordinating HESQ training programs including the maintenance of competency standardsActively analyzing HSEQ performance, reporting, and system updatesMaintaining the company Integrated Management System to an accredited levelExperience and KnowledgeDemonstrated experience in the construction industryExtensive experience in a similar role involving site and office-based responsibilitiesRecognised tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or similar disciplineExcellent verbal and written communication with the ability to maintain positive working relationshipsCapable of self-managing your timeExperience in creating high-level Management PlansCurrent Driver's Licence and flexibility to travel to sitePlease apply via the link with your resume in Word format.
