They are seeking a skilled and motivated HSE Advisor to be their first white collar HSE professional within the business.

Key Responsibilities: Train and mentor site crewsAssist with preparing for and conducting external audits to ensure compliance with safety standardsMaintain and update the Safety Management System to reflect current best practicesProvide safety-related input during the tendering processCompile detailed safety reports and manage all related documentation About You: 3+ years as an HSE AdvisorExperience in Commercial OR Industrial projects is essentialCertificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or higherFamiliarity with ISO standards/ certification process is highly regardedStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood understanding of Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
