Deliver a sustainable future with WA's landmark urea project! Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the 'Project CERES' urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia.
The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes.
The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.


We are currently searching for a HSE Advisor to join our Karratha-based team (19:9 FIFO Rotation) on Project Ceres.
Reporting to the HSE Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting and advising on all matters related to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
You will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety within the organisation and ensuring that all safety standards and regulations are met.

Responsibilities Advise and support management and staff on health, safety, and environmental best practices. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations. Provide HSE training and support to employees at all levels. Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to senior management. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the company's environmental management system. Stay updated on the latest HSE legislation and best practices. Key Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) as a HSE Advisor in construction, or related industries. Highly regarded qualification in Occupational Health and Safety. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and environmental management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and drive a safety culture across all levels of the organisation. We have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
