About Us
We are currently seeking Safety & Training professionals with Underground Mining experience to join our clients teams onsite.
We have various roles on offer for Superintendents and Advisors:
Deflector (FIFO from Perth or Geraldton residents can DIDO daily) Gwalia (FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie residents can DIDO daily) Mungari Operations (FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie residents can DIDO daily) Duties Analysis and identification of individual and organisation training needs Lead or assist incident investigations Run daily toolboxes on site Engage in proactive safety conversation with field employees Conduct VOC's Identify training gaps and upskilling of employees and contractors Conduct onsite inductions ensuring all workers are compliant and competent in their role and duties Liaise with external training providers, communicating requirements for training content Conduct site inductions and training Requirements Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential) Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety(essential) Underground mining experience (essential) Experience facilitating the training and VOC of underground operators Understanding and working knowledge of Australian OHS legislation and industry standard Ability to meet all mobilisation requirements (Pre-employment medical, DAS, NPC & valid WA Manual Drivers Licence) Perks Work with reputable leading miners Salary packaging options, novated lease, bonuses, discounted health insurance Work for a company that values your contributions and supports your career progression You can express your interest by applying online, calling Shannon Fitzgerald on 1300 143 947 for a confidential discussion or emailing your resume to
