We are looking for a HSE professional based in Darwin to work Monday- Friday on various civil projects. This is a permanent role and perfect for someone who is seeking career progression as this safety team is only going to get bigger!
There will be an upcoming opportunity to move onto a FIFO project which would add a 40% uplift to the base salary.
The Position: Support the ongoing improvement of HSE systems. Ensure compliance with internal HSE protocols and relevant regulations. Foster a culture of safety and commitment throughout the organization. Offer a consultative, solution-oriented approach in your role. Promote an exemplary safety culture through established initiatives. Cultivate a unique safety brand within the team. Establish strong connections with various internal and external stakeholders. Leverage technology to enhance HSE performance.
