Hse Advisor

Pace Appointments is pleased to partner with our client to recruit for an exciting opportunity as an HSE Advisor based in Brisbane's northside.
This position will play a key role in collaborating with operational teams to champion workplace safety and deliver on the HSE vision of a completely safe working environment.
The role: Collaborate and build effective relationships with clients and internal teams to drive HSE excellence through coaching, mentoring and technical training.
Deliver clear and precise guidance on HSE-related matters, systems, processes and practices.
Lead compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant legislation, codes and licensing requirements.
Conduct site audits and investigate incidents, preparing detailed analysis, reports and records.
Oversee hazard identification, risk assessments and controls at both business and operational levels.
Coordinate mandatory training sessions and maintain the skills matrix.
Do you have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE or a related industry including site inspection/investigation/audit and training experience.
Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
Demonstrated ability to manage and engage with stakeholders effectively.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
