What we offerFinancial Wellness ProgramsDiscounted Private Health InsuranceEmployee Assistance Programs – immediate family includedTeam sports, regular social activities, family friendlyStrong Safety FocusFree onsite parkingTraveling & Vacation DiscountThe RoleReport to the HSEQ Manager and based in Darra, the HSE Advisor will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and productive operation of the business with a strong focus on our field and construction staff.Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Build up, implement and develop safety procedures and risk assessmentsUpdate Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for specific project needsProvide support and develop training as required for site-based personnelImprove the Hazard Identification by our field staffEnsure Correction Action and Preventative Action are documented and actionedReview and update Policy as requiredHSEQ Project and auditing supportProvide administrative support to the HSEQ manager as requiredDesired Skills and Experience

What makes you stand outWe are looking for a candidate who demonstrates their similar HSE experience, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:Minimum Cert 4 in OH&SAbility to write safety procedures and perform risk assessmentsAbility to coordinate/facilitate audits/findings/etc.Exceptional organisation and time management skillsCultureMost importantly, the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of
