Hse Advisor

T1 National Head Contractor seeking an experienced and highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our dynamic team.
Tier 1 industry-leading national builder with a stellar reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, health, education, industrial and government. With a robust pipeline of projects and commitment to excellence they are a leading brand in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on HSE matters.
Deliver HSE training and inductions to employees, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop corrective and preventive measures.
Prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation and reports.
Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as an HSE Advisor, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Relevant qualifications in occupational health and safety or a related field (e.g., NEBOSH, Cert IV in Work Health and Safety).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
