SSA Group is looking to speak with a HSE Advisor for a FIFO role with one of our civil construction clients in Perth.As a HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the project teams to ensure compliance with all HSE standards and drive a culture of safety excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience looking to take the next step in their career, working on major civil construction projects.Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site HSEQ support and advice to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments on active work sites.Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSEQ management plans.Investigate incidents and near-misses, ensuring timely reporting and implementing corrective actions.Deliver training and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.Collaborate with site management and the HSEQ team to continuously improve safety and quality processes.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HSEQ role within civil construction or a related field.FIFO experience preferred, but not essential.Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations and standards.Ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a remote environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If you are interested in this position or would like to talk about a new opportunity, please feel free to reach out to me at or .
