Create content for site inductions and deliver these inductions to employees, visitors and subcontractors Drive and close out actions and opportunities for improvement through to fruition. Communicating and consulting with workers to promote a healthy, safe workplace culture and reporting culture. Create Reports from the HSE system for data analysis Assessing compliance with company and client systems and expectations, Maintain and manage emergency procedures. Assisting with the coordination of the Injury Management process for the people upon your site/s, maintain employee relationships and return to work programs Ensuring project execution is undertaken safely to the required standards, quality and schedule. Ensure company compliance with legislative safety requirements and industry practices. Identify improvements to safety processes. Monitor and review protective and preventative safety measures. Carry out risk assessments to determine how risk can be reduced. Conduct random & just cause Drug & Alcohol testing. Develop and assist to facilitate Pre-start, Toolbox and other site required group meetings. Ensure correct disposal procedures for hazardous operational waste are in place. Attend and conduct HSE incident investigations as required. Advise Cape personnel regarding HSEQ responsibilities and processes.
