HSE Advisor - Perth Based - Commercial ConstructionTEN Recruitment is currently recruiting a construction based HSE Advisor to join a outstanding commercial builder in Perth. With a long history in WA, they have delivered a range of large scale projects from education, mixed use developments, aged care and much more.Reporting To The HSEQ Manager, Your Responsibilities May IncludeChampion safety on siteEnsure HSE systems are implemented, working with site teams to ensure operation and ongoing complianceSupport the site team to maintain and improve all HSE related mattersConduct risk assessmentsConduct regular site and equipment inspectionsFacilitate safety audits both internal and externalProvide advice on safety matters in accordance with legislative requirementsReporting on and investigating injuries and incidentsAssist subcontractors to develop and document safety processes and monitor subcontractor performanceComplete relevant safety related documentation and paperworkLiaise cooperatively with relevant external authoritiesEssential CriteriaExperience in a similar role, ideally in a construction environment in PerthGenuine passion for safetyMinimum Cert IV in Work Health and Safety and a Construction Industry White CardExcellent working knowledge or current WA WHS Legislation and codes of practiceExcellent communication skillsAble to build and maintain strong working relationships with site teams including clients and subcontractorsProficient user of IT including Microsoft Office and relevant industry softwareOn offer is a permanent role with a leading Perth builder, who have a strong stable history in Perth and a solid pipeline of work.Salary $120k - $130k plus super & vehicle you believe you have the required skills and experience to be successful in this position, please apply today by submitting an updated copy of your CV to or call Lee Plant on or for more information on the role.Local Coverage, Local Talent, Local CompanyFOLLOW US #J-18808-Ljbffr
